6-Week Team Engagement
STILL Shift
A six-week programme in team communication and emotional regulation, delivered week by week to embed lasting behavioural change and psychological safety across whole teams under pressure.
What it covers
A single workshop can change how a manager thinks.
Changing how a whole team communicates takes longer. STILL Shift spreads the work across six weeks, so new habits have time to take hold between sessions and the change lasts.
How it runs
Delivered week by week over six weeks, as a recurring multi-session engagement with your team. Contact us to talk through team size, pressures and timing.
Questions
About STILL Shift
How is STILL Shift different from the workshops?
The workshops give managers frameworks in a day or two. STILL Shift works with a whole team over six weeks, so the change is embedded rather than introduced.
Who takes part?
Whole teams under pressure, rather than managers on their own.
Why six weeks rather than a one-off workshop?
Changing how a whole team communicates takes longer than a day, so the programme spreads the work over six weeks to give new habits time to take hold.
What is psychological safety?
A team climate where people can raise concerns and speak honestly. It is one of the three focus areas, alongside team communication and emotional regulation.
Is this therapy?
No. It is a team communication and emotional regulation programme focused on practical, lasting change in how a team works together.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We aim to deliver on site, and can deliver anywhere in the UK. Location, delegate numbers and cost are agreed in a quotation after an initial consultation with you.
